Meet the Founder
Jon Parker
President/ceo
Prior to Jon’s Real Estate career, he was a professional ice hockey player. Jon, being born and raised in San Diego was the first ever SD native to sign an NHL contract. His most notable stops were for the NHL's Buffalo Sabres and the Los Angeles Kings Organizations including stints in Toronto, Dallas, Denver and Malmo, Sweden.
In 2013, Jon founded JParker Capital to primarily focus on cash flowing investment properties and redevelopment projects. JParker Capital has operated in California, Nevada, Ohio, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Florida and Texas.
Jon takes great pride in delivering a safe & passive investment product for investors while still producing strong returns. In May 2020, during the global pandemic, Jon added a residential investment fund that focuses on the acquisition of distressed properties with the intention of remodeling and selling for a profit. Jon created this fund to offer his investors a “hedge against COVID".
Jon's dynamic personality, work ethic and contagious energy serves investors and his company well. Jon’s main priority is always his fiduciary duties and producing strong returns. JPC’s trailing 12 month returns are 30% + and very proud to announce our holdings are 100% occupied.
Meet the Team
Joel Del Rosario
COO/Client Relationship Manager
Joel Del Rosario is the Chief Operations Officer of JPC and a United States Marine. He is a graduate of the University of Maryland College Park. Highly active in real estate, he has a diverse experience set owning, managing, and investing in multiple properties across the country, including but not limited to: California, Florida, Arizona, Indiana, Michigan, Dallas, New Orleans, and Ohio. Joel and his wife, Rebecca, love to work out, travel, and explore new coffee shops.
Taylor Smith
Executive assistant/Operations support
Taylor is a Tampa Bay native, coming from a strong background in marketing and business development. She has more than 5 years of experience managing various roles in the business development and marketing space.
Prior to joining JParkerCapital, Taylor transitioned from a senior sales and brand growth role with an $11 million annual revenue restaurant franchise operator.
Taylor holds a BS in Marketing Analytics from Liberty University, which she utilizes to create new connections nationwide.
